Jeff Chisholm (B.Sc) Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Chisholm is a geoscientist with 18 years of International exploration and development experience with Bow Valley Energy, Canadian Occidental Petroleum (Nexen), PanCanadian Petroleum (Encana) and Niko Resources of which 14 years were spent in international business development and new ventures roles. Most recently, Mr. Chisholm evaluated numerous opportunities in the Asia region as an independent oil and gas consultant and acted as an international oil and gas advisor to Orion Securities Inc.

Bill Ostlund, (C.A.) Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Ostlund, Chartered Accountant, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2009.  Mr. Ostlund has 29 years of experience in the energy sector and has many years of chief financial officer experience with oil and gas companies listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange.  Most Recently Mr. Ostlund  was the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Focus Energy Trust until its sale in February 2008.

Gerry Macey (M.Sc. P.Geol)

Mr Macey is a geoscientist with 32 years of international and domestic experience. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Exploration at PanCanadian Petroleum responsible for world class discoveries at Buzzard (UK), Tahiti (US GOM), Chinook (Brazil) and Deep Panuke (Canada). From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Macey was Executive Vice President and President Offshore and New Ventures Exploration for Encana Corporation. Mr. Macey is currently a director of Verenex Energy and Addax Petroleum.

Michael Hibberd (B.A., MBA, LLB)

Until 1995 Mr. Hibberd was senior VP Finance and a director of Scotia McLeod. Since 1995 he has independently provided financial advice to mainly Calgary based energy companies with North American and International operations. Mr. Hibberd is Chairman of Heritage Oil Ltd. Heritage Oil Corporation and Canacol Energy. He is also a director of AltaCanada Energy, Challenger Energy, Iteration Energy, Ram Telecom Inc. and Zapata Energy. Mr. Hibberd was formerly a Director of Rally Energy and Deer Creek Energy.

Cameron Taylor (B.Sc)

Mr. Taylor has a BSc. in geophysics and 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  He was formerly Vice President of Exploration at Canadian 88 Energy,  Keystone Energy Corp.  and Villanova Energy Corp.  He is currently the President and CEO at Villanova Resources Inc., a private E&P company with properties in Western Canada.

Paul Wright (B.Comm., C.A.)

Waleed Jazrawi (Ph.D, PEng)

Dr. Jazrawi is a reservoir engineer with 35 years of diversified oil and gas experience, both domestic and international, 26 years of these with Esso (Exxon) in senior technical and executive positions. He has served as President and GM of Canadian Occidental/Nexen E&P operations in Yemen, as Project Manager of the OSLO oil sands mega project, on the Syncrude board of directors and Management Committee and is currently a director of Japan Canada Oil Sands Ltd (JACOS).
